Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Applicability of returns and refunds
We have sent the wrong order or item, you have received broken items or you have received a poor quality/defective product.
You have received the wrong product, which does not match the product image. (Due to the color difference of the display, some color differences are normal.)
Numbers and names are peeling off, patches are falling off, etc.

Please do not return to the original shipping address, please contact customer service to confirm before returning.
Returned items must be new and unworn. They must remain in the original condition in which you received them.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be deposited into the account you used for payment.
Are there any return processing fees and who will be responsible for the return costs?
There are no restocking fees.
There is no charge for defective products (which occurs when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective).
